"Boilard's narrators – with their fresh, colloquial, unpretentious voices – stand out. I enjoy the action, the humour and the flashes of pathos." Philip O Ceallaigh,
Author, The Pleasant Light of Day
"Boilard shows us the beauty in the ugly and the ugly in the beauty, scenes that linger as an embraced memory enhanced with refined sentiment."Timothy Gager,
Editor, Wilderness House Literary Review
"Jon Boilard writes in a cool, spare style about what it means to be a man in the 21st century. His characters take a battering from life and from the people around them. We're proud to publish his work."Patrick Cotter
Publisher, Southword
